We are recruiting support workers to work with adults with learning difficulties at a residential home in Exeter.

About you:

You will be kind, friendly, polite and flexible. You will have some previous experience in a similar role and ideally some relevant qualifications, although training can be provided.

You will be able to speak, read and understand English to at least an intermediate level.

About the role:

You will be tasked in providing high quality care that responds to the needs of the service user and enhances their quality of life, whilst promoting independence.

Working with adults with learning difficulties ranging from autism to epilepsy, you will deliver a range of care and support tasks, which may include supporting someone with personal care routine social and emotional wellbeing and assisting with practical tasks.
